Mesa Do Presidente. President’s table Wine. Caves Campelo

Mesa Do Presidente (President ‘s table wine), Tinto Red (Touriga Nacional) by Caves Campelo 1951, Douro, Portugal.

The Winery (Caves Campelo): Over 60 years of creation and wine contributions. Caves Campelo was set up in 1951, situated in Barcelos, Vale Do Ave, was obtained by José Carlos Lima and family in 2007. From that point forward, the organization spread their wings all around the globe. Today “Caves Campelo” is known as the most notable house in the Vinho Verde wine area.

Wine Region (Douro, Northern Portugal): An incredibly lovely spot with slopes canvassed in terraced grape plantations. The Douro wine locale has become a vacationer location as the winemakers have begun to change their region into leisure and recreational spots. The extreme summer heat in the area transforms the wine into inky purple because of thickening of grape skins. Today the vast majority of the best reds from the Douro area come from bigger port houses.

Wine grapes and the wine:- (Tinto Red: Touriga Nacional): Touriga Nacional grapes, for the most part known for port, have made their name as a significant element for red wines. Today the grapes are planted in the entire country and have acquired a status as Portugal’s National grape. Wine: Mesa Do Presidente:- A full bodied and incredibly dry wine. Ruby red in shading and is rich, extraordinary and exquisite. The wine unquestionably has a hefty construction with fragrances of dull products of the soil. The wine is very much matured and has a smooth get done with a long delayed flavor impression.

Covento Da Glória. Tinta Roriz

Degustação de vinho. Especial Wine Tasting: Portuguese wine for the first time. I like everything about the wine. Tinta Roriz 2018, “Convento Da Glória, Lisboa, Portugal.

A light bodied wine, strong on the nose with smoky smells and matured fragrances, following with smells of dull natural products. Matured for a half year in oak barrels. 100% Tinta Roriz. Tannins marginally on the higher side. Sweet on the sense of taste with an impact of zest. The wine has astounding woody and developed flavors.

Lisboa Wine Region: The winery is situated at the Lisboa district of Portugal. It is the home to the country’s capital’ “Lisbon”. A winemaking district situated along Portugal’s Atlantic coastline. The locale’s most renowned wines come from Alenquer. The moderate environment of Lisboa helps in creating extraordinary wines.

Tinta Roriz/Tempranillo: One of the uncommon grape varieties gifted on both sides. The Spanish call it Tempranillo and the Portuguese call it with two unique names, Aragonês and Tinta Roriz. Wines made with this grape varietal are rich and exquisite with phenomenal earthy notes.
