Between San Benedetto di Lugana and S. Ambrogio di Valpolicella, grape plantations now cover 95 hectares. An effective growing season is considered by the unusual environment. Wine: One of the most significant wines in the evolution of Zenato’s oenology. A wine with a medium body and a deep ruby red color. Made with 85% Corvina, 5% Rondinella and 10% Corvinone. Deep aromas of sweet spice, cocoa, and ripe berries characterize Ripassa di Zenato wine. Soft, velvety, and generous.The finish has intense aromas of red fruits, a balsamic note, and smooth tannins. On the palate, Ripassa has hints of fruit and very fine tannins, and it has an aroma of chocolate and spices.
