Prosecco Brut, Sartori di Verona

Connoisseur speciale, TI Amo Prosecco Brut by Sartori Verona, Veneto, Italy

Sartori Di Verona: The family in 1898 began with purchase of Villa Maria, a grape plantation in the core of Veneto area’s Valpolicella locale. In 1950, the family extended the winery and carried the wines to worldwide acknowledgment. Sartori’s prosperity is in enormous part because of its global endeavors, covering deals through Europe, North and South America and Asia. From 1898-2021, Sartori Di Verona, today is among Veneto’s five major wine makers.

TI Amo Prosecco: A light bodied Prosecco with light green tones and straw yellow in shading. A dry shining wine. Fruity and nutty on the button with fragile natural product bouquet, suggestive of wild apples and acacia blossoms on the sense of taste. The wine is a 100% mix of “GLERA” grape varietal. A dubious grape on account of its different names. It is a white grape variety of Slovenian origin. A green cleaned grape developed in Veneto with low liquor. GLERA is a profoundly beneficial grape with great corrosiveness and adjusted taste. Cheers everyone!! Stay safe.

Three Peaks, Merlot

Three Peaks, Merlot 2018. Did a little market research, I truly think that I’m the first to taste and expound on this “VINTAGE”. What a beautiful “Label”!! Three Peaks, Merlot 2018 by VSPT Wine group, Chile. I continued swirling it to get the notes again and again. The three peaks are covered for the entire 365 days, situated in Chile’s Central Valley. A phenomenal and extreme developed strawberry and cherry fragrance with cassis and natural notes. I like the boldness in the wine. Dry, delicate and smooth with sharpness on the lower side.

Wine Region: Central Chile, Rapel Valley. Probably the greatest valleys in Chile. The valley adds to a fourth of the nation’s wine creation and it is home to production of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Carménère.

Chilean Merlot: Low in alcohol, delicate, full bodied with satisfactory sharpness. Chilean Merlot with strong flavors have added to creating fantastic wines.
